Praying Mantis was developed over 350 years ago in the Shan Tung province of Northern China. It is a descendent from the famous Shaolin Temple and includes the best techniques from eighteen styles of Kung Fu including Mantis.

Sanda is the modern counterpart to traditional Kung Fu training allowing students to put their new found skills to the test in a safe but combative way in the ring.

Sanda combines all the best techniques from punching, high and low kicking, and throwing techniques allowing participants to train in all ranges of combat.

Students have the option to train in full or semi contact sparring with the opportunity of entering national competitions.
